I am a software engineer based in the Boston area. I have 6+ years of I.T. administrative and support experience and I recently earned my B.S. in Computer Science.

Since 2013 I have worked as a consultant and independent contractor providing on-site and remote technical support to businesses in Boston, Athens, GA and New York City. In this capacity I have assisted clients ranging from Executives to Retirees with troubleshooting, training, planning and purchasing.

From 2012 to 2016 I worked for Quickschools, a Student Information System/School Management System SaaS startup. My role was primarily technical support and customer success. I assisted in troubleshooting, training, documentation, and sales related demonstrations.

Owner/Manager - Atwood's Tavern

In 2006 I (with three partners) opened Atwood's Tavern (a pub) in East Cambridge, MA. Over 5 years we grew the business to profitibility during an economic downturn. I sold my share to my partners in 2011 to pursue a degree in Computer Science.
